M7 Fractional is a small HR and Operations firm in Northern Colorado, run by JT Metcalf. This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
What you type into a form.
- Newsletter: your email, and your name if you give it.
- Contact: your name and email, and if you choose, your phone number, what you are interested in and your message.
- Talent pool (careers page): your name, email and what you would bring to the team.
- Compliance guide: your email, and your name if you give it.
- Job description quick guide: your email, and your name if you give it.
A coded version of your internet address. Each form submission stores a coded (hashed) version of your internet (IP) address, which we use to limit spam and repeat submissions. Because it can link submissions made from the same connection, we treat it as personal information.
A spam check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and internet address to tell people from bots.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives your internet address and basic details of each request when you visit, as any web host does.
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your internet address when a page loads.
What we do not use. No analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no tracking pixels. The compliance guide and the job description quick guide each save one small note in your browser so they open without asking for your email again. That note holds no personal information.
How we use it
- To answer your message, send the newsletter you asked for, consider you for future roles at M7, and give you the guides you request.
- JT may follow up personally about something you asked for or downloaded. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.
- We may use AI tools (commercially available models from a U.S. provider) to help organize what you send. They never make decisions about you, and that provider is set so your information is not used to train its models. Our AI in hiring policy has the detail for job applicants.
Who sees it, and where it is kept
JT sees it. Form submissions are stored in our website's form database, hosted by Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to JT's Microsoft 365 account. Information may also be kept in M7's business systems and their secure backups.
We never sell your personal information or share it with other companies, other than the service providers that host, store or process it for us: Cloudflare, Microsoft, Google (for fonts), our AI provider and, if an interview is recorded, our AI note-taking service.
How long we keep it
- Talent pool and job applicant information: five years.
- Everything else you send: as long as we need it for the reason you sent it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will, where the law allows.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any issue.

Children
This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When our practices change, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
